My back hurts

Every time I do back exercise my back really hurt, every time I do dead lift it hurts, is there anyway that I can prevent this from happening in the future? Yesterday i did 60kg dead lift, and when I come back later at night it just really hurts..

Is ur form is correct? Btw i heard belts do help..not the normal belt..the lifting belt

60kg too much for u, I guess.....reduce the weight and try doing sumo deadlift instead....

Do u use lifting belts ? If so, how often ? Btw bro , perhaps u could video tape ur form for us .

Luckily u find out ur form is incorrect now before any real damage can occur.. btw if u do squats also beware of ur form as well..

i take a rest day or two away from workout need back.
i use to homework out lack of equipment causing my body imbalance and wrong form get back pain.
get my form right my back not hurt anymore

I highly highly highly highly recommend u to read the stickies in the BB thread here , useful and handy information and tips compiled by our sifu(s) . Do check it out , if u have more time to spare , read everything .
