Does anyone know from Eco Majestic to Puchong in the future need to pay how much toll for 1 way? Do we need to pay toll again at Setia Eco Hill or eco Majestic interchange again?

Quite a lot of debate about the "remote" location of this project, the traffic issue, premium pricing etc... well I have my own judgement about this project but good to hear from other sifus too.

If let say you travel to IOI Puchong from EM, should be:

RM 1.10 (Lekas Semenyih Ecohill link) + RM 1.00 (Silk - Bukit Kajang) + RM 1.00 (Silk - Sungai Ramal) + RM 1.60 (LDP south) + RM 1.60 (LDP) = RM 6.30 one way.

This is to travel from southern route, if from norther route, will be different I presume.

Oppss.. hot debate for hot project, keep mind stimulates too...

After Sunway, SP Setia, Ecoworld, Country Garden, Kuen Lei, Hong Soon and Gallery Development, the latest news say that Sime Darby will be stepping into Semenyih as well, developing a 200 acres landed project within the vicinity...

If really so, most likely it will be located some where near the EM or bandar tasik kesuma or inside bandar rinching I presume.

No for Ecoworld side....Ecoworld has the 170+ acres at Silver Square. Ecoworld mall will be fronting Lekas with proper access 132' road.

Building a mall near already congested Jalan Semenyih is really stuff-worms-into-arseholes act. Traffic volume into/out from mall is imperative to mall success. Accesses have to be top notch apart from catchment, tenant selection, theme, and other details....
