Cheras Sentral is a DEAD place. Maybe after MRT things can be better but right now, DEAD place

Leisure Mall has very high human traffic

Cheras Selatan also okay - very busy on weekends

Mines, seldom go there, to me not friendly to walk, so many split levels

Viva Home, heard not very happening. Struggling to build brand identity.

Really depends on your Target Market

U need to go there on weekdays (AM, PM, Night) and weekends and not ask in LYN

1 Shemalin Mall you can pay Rm16 to bao whole theater to watch movie.

I have a bussiness there and in the owner whatsapp group alot of negative news lol, buts the problems are mostly typical bussiness risk. Product placement, Demand, Target Market. My bis is doing okay so far, broke even on third month, making a small profit. Hoping to double up sales by a year or so when theres more shop variety at the mall.
