Aeon Makhota Cheras is zombie mall. U can see zombies walking inside..suitable for filming resident evil 7 or zombieland 2..walk walk takde orang, suddenly got zombie lompat kat you.

1 Shemalin Mall you can pay Rm16 to bao whole theater to watch movie.

jokes aside, cheras selatan best bet. plus depends on what is ur target market. mines more to meleis / indon business. got cinis but not as much. i am sure u have done ur research adi. no use asking /k if u havent done extensive research.

is same like citta mall la. citta mall cheaper. the mbo u can walk in and get all the seats for the price of 12.


however still cannot beat NZX. NZX is soooo grand it doesnt even need cinema or toys r us.

I only know cheras sentral n leisure mall....I vote leisure mall...more ppl there...

I have a bussiness there and in the owner whatsapp group alot of negative news lol, buts the problems are mostly typical bussiness risk. Product placement, Demand, Target Market. My bis is doing okay so far, broke even on third month, making a small profit. Hoping to double up sales by a year or so when theres more shop variety at the mall.
