Can someone clarify something about this:

Menu A (page 3):
http://www.matsusaka-projects.com/english/...nu_2010/BBQ.pdf

Meaning, if let's I order one part of Ranichi Y1500, they don't care how many people are sharing it with me, right?

Menu B:
http://www.matsusaka-projects.com/english/...2010/BBQset.pdf

The 1st platter is Y1750 per person, and then it adds minimum order for 2 people (Y3500) which kinda confuse me. If I have 3 people in my group, so need to pay Y1750 x 3? Cannot just order 2 platters, then shared by 3 people?

What if we want to have 1 order of the 1st platter and 1 order of the 2nd platter? Can we share these 2 platters between the 3 of us?

This is not all-you-can-eat menu, so why they put the per person and minimum thing?

they put the minimum order so that you cannot order less than 2 person. they probably have an overhead they need to cover. its just like Nabe, it does not matter how many ppl u have, you have to order minimum 2 person share.
so yes, u can order 2 person portion shared by 3 ppl. They need to give unit cost per person so that if someone wants to order 3 person or more, they can just multiply accordingly.

Thanks. I hope they allow 1 order from each platter though.

Hey peeps,

I am planning to use my oneworld miles which is expiring soon by next year.
Planning to go there end of April, early May.

Between MAS, Cathay, and Japan Airlines, which one has best service for business class?
Only Cathay has to transit but MAS/Japan Airlines is direct flight.

Narita or Haneda airport? I suppose all airport have rail access to the city.

If NRT, MAS uses 777-200 which the capsule type seating, not 100% flat, its tilted at an angle, but still can sleep. timing wise, MAS is good, as u leave midngiht reach there 6-7am... just intime for you to buy the special NEX + Suica from JR

Cathay, if I am not mistaken, the Leg from KUL to HKG, its on an older Airbus... and u dont get the flat beds, but if you are lucky then u get the 1-2-1 business class with flatbeds... those are better than MAS.

Not familar with JAL business class as I never flew before. my recommendation, is MAS... if the tax and surcharges are the same.

Haneda is much better than NRT... much nearer and you can take local trains.... again, check ur arrival time vs train avail.

It depends, what's *acceptable* for you? I'll be in Osaka myself this weekend and I got teeny weeny *rooms* at one of the many business hotels in the Dobutsuenmae area for RM60 per night. Not hostels but sure as heck ain't luxury living either.

And gunplakk still got arr the nex-suica combo? Last I check it was discontinued edi, got nex-direct to replace it (but no more special edition suica).

you are right, i have not been to Tokyo since 2012... now only one way 1500...which is quite cheap too... but no return discount.
