Bring Sweater. 

At the Higashi-Umeda station, we had to take an underpass which was about few hundred metres long to get to the building. To find this underpass can be quite confusing hence having Google maps to navigate around is always helpful (if you can't converse in Japanese).

the office where they sell the eco card is not hard to locate if you can read a simple map. alternatively you could purchase it at other smaller stations perhaps. but every station in Japan seems quite huge

Hi, I would be going to hakone using the romance car and the hakone free pass. May i know how do i board the train back from hakone to shinjiku? Cause I did not purchase the romance car from hakone to shinjiku.

Is it a must to purchase it? And if i dont, the type of train that i board from hakone to shinjiku need to stand all the way? Cause im having my aunt and kid with me (age 60 and 6), it will be difficult for them to stand for 1 hour plus
