I am on KK 4.4.2 Malaysia version, I have the same WiFi up and down issue especially when streaming utube.
Here is how I solve this issue,
1. Go to Setting, Wifi, advance, select the 'Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep' to 'Always'
2. Go to Setting, Uncheck the 'Remaining battery percentage' (Don't show %)
3. If it is still not solve, Go to Setting, Power saving, then select 'Normal' Power Plan
By doing this I can stream smoothly.
