it is international version whereby I found it from website. and it is better than the firmware we had in Malaysia Set.

I updated my firmware version to 7D-501L100R001C324B007.

And I must say it is much more stable and the DTS function are back! haha!

Make sure your SD card is in FAT32 format, and also at least 5GB free space
Trigger the update by: settings -> updates -> system updates -> local update

You need to get the correct file for your model.

Did you check whether your download is good?
Can you exteact it fully to see all the files?
Copy the dload folder to ext sdcard n try again rebooting the phone instead. The firnware will auto updates

What is the firnware names..i will check my files size if i still have it..

You will see a preset folder n 2 other files

Than I have no idea. Maybe you can try again on another ext card?

My usb debugging is always on n i dont think this affect it. No need for ext sdcard to be empty and I have about 9 gb left space on my 64gb. Just make sure you have 5gb empty space left

Than try with another ext sdcard as high probability is your card problem
