Hi fren, u r welcome, n thanks 4 the purchase.

I don think its appropriate tat u take out the cables all the way from inside the psu. Jz sleeve those outside shud b enough. PSU warranty is void once u open it rite? I think better don take the risk. U sleeve the exposed cables tat u can c, then use heat shrinkable tube 2 make it look neater at the place near 2 the hole where the wires come out. Then im sure your PSU wil certainly look very nice.

I hope u get wat i mean here. tongue.gif If not, plz let me know. I wil take picture n show u. Thanks! notworthy.gif

Yes, this is a good suggestion too. I normally mark the cables 1 by 1 after i take them out from the connectors. smile.gif

Hi fren, basically cable tie serves 2 functions. First, to tie the cables in place on the sleeve b4 u shrink the heat shrinkable tube. This is done 2 prevent 'misplace' n loosen of the cables sleeved when u pull or adjust the cables. 2nd, u can use cable tie 2 tie n manage several sleeved cables in proper arrangement or desired position so tat they look well organized. smile.gif

Hi fren, do u mean 6mm or 6m? 1/4" (6mm) is the size of the sleeving, not the length. U can choose the length according 4 ur need, or take my psu sleeving packages.

U can also use the 1/2" or 1/4" sleeving 2 sleeve IDE cable biggrin.gif
