Hi fren, if u don wan UV, then u don hv 2 use UV CCFL. W/out UV light, the sleeves will not b UV reactive.

Hi fren, yes, heat shrinkable tube needs heat 2 make it shrink/tighten. U can use hair dryer or hot air gun 2 do tat.

Hi fren, sure, u can mix colors 4 every meter. Jz tat if u get 1m each color, it will restrict the length tat u wan hv, n maybe u need more sleeve at the end. Btw the choise is yours.
