Guys please test out Google Now hotword detection, and if it is almost impossible to detect (pretty sure this is a common bug/flaw), please vote for the issue: https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/BACON-8...t%20%3D%20BACON

You need to make a JIRA account to vote, but it's the same account for when voting on JIRA (meaning ALL cyanogenmod issues)

I guess it's all about hype. 9tology release LTE phone, no one bats an eye. Mi3 sold out within minutes, everyone goes crazy.

I have a bad feeling the issue is related to speakerphone mic sensitivity: https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/BACON-8...t%20%3D%20BACON

Which means this is a bigger issue than just Google Now.

Anyone on latest CM11S OTA can check Google Now "OK Google" hotword detection? Armando Ferreira on G+ say it's solved. It's still shitty on CM11 nightly. Just wanna confirm.

I'm sorry for bringing this issue up so many times over the past few days, but this time I come with a solution! Someone on the OnePlus forums posted the 'fix' for the Google Now "OK Google" hotword detection issue. Basically just increase the gain for the main mic.

https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/fixed-mi...-the-one.50234/

Now my problem is notification LED not working on latest nightly. Flashed back to 22R->25R and LED is working. Flash back to nightly and it's broken mad.gif

A simple solution, and I believed not once suggested, to use 3rd party apps like LightFlow.

I've been using Lightflow since day one. It was working up till the last few nightlies.

Dammit. Just found out OnePlus One DOES NOT have MHL. Had my PS3 controller connected, Asphalt 8 running, plugged MHL cable in and... nothing cry.gif

The "Never Settle" tagline smells like bullsh*t at this point.

Anybody has an XBOX 360 controller? Can you try and see if the OPO can recognise it as a native gamepad? Any other USB controller is good too. Just want to see whether OPO can recognise USB native gamepad. FYI my Galaxy Nexus can detect my PS3 controller as native gamepad when connected via USB OTG, with no additional app installed.

I tried my PS3 controller, and it doesn't recognise as native gamepad. It can be recognised as a bluetooth gamepad via Sixaxis Controller but...

I am also playing with Chromecast screen casting. I realise screencasting performance decrease significantly when the Sixaxis controller is connected. Massive frame drops. I suspect bluetooth connection is not playing well with WiFi, because when I run speedtest while bluetooth controller is connected, the speed is sh*t. The moment I disconnect bluetooth controller, speed goes back to normal. Also the moment I disconnect bluetooth controller, screencast performance returns to normal.
