I don't understand why forex talks about pips and not percentage return.

In term in pips, I don't even know what's the leverage to calculate the net return.
Like when people say they made so many pips and I will be thinking "So these pips means how much % and what's the leverage?"
I think pips is just a term introduced to distract people from the true picture.

If you have been trading for quite a while, you would realize losing is part of the business and not something that can be avoided entirely no matter how hard you try.

And I develop algo trading.
So by right I should know what I am talking about, in terms of emotional trading and realistic non-emotional trading.

eurusd must go at least to 1.2750 for the 1st attempt for uptrend

At current condition/pattern, eurusd still downtrend. It must have momentum from any fundamental news or people start selling usd

yeah but thats not a big problem. I put small lot only for my 1st entry and i still have plenty of rooms to try get profit from other graphs

EURUSD very choppy right now, FOMC (2am) + Draghi (11pm) on thursday.

it's okay, i can close my order after price hitting back 1.3.

Another thing is in many years i never see eurusd doenst want to close monday gap. There is still one more up there and sure it will close it soon.

i wanted to long EU at 2680 but it look like a strong resistant last nite .was lazy and sleepy and miss the train. luckily on Demo Acct. but prove useful and interesting.could feel the emotion

this morning on live acct. long this bugger at 2722 and make 19 pips on 0.1 lot size. very song liao

accidentally click short A/U and make 22pips on employment data on 0.1 lot .this one is pure luck .very song. hopefully more songs to come before i burnt my live acct.

I'm waiting for EU to break above daily resistance @ 1.27629 (aqua line) and pullback towards it before I go long

It gives me more confidence as I considered it as full fledged reversal IMHO

I don't really trade breakout in this counter trend situation as I prefer breakout trading with trend. I often wait for breakout to happen first and see whether the price pullback/retrace towards RBS (resistance become support) and retest around the area for at least 2 times. More retest the better

Trading breakout is quite risky in this counter trend environment
