Whether you attend forex classes or self trade you wil burn one or more account b4 you get any better and yet can still.lose more money.go open a demo acct for basic training and once ready go test water with few hundred bucks as learning fee or belanja teh tarik to the broker.there are no free lunch in this world and the most important golden rule is only fight with the market and test your character with money you can afford to lose.otherwise stay away fm forex and find something else to do

haha couldn't agree more~

You can check AUDCAD now. Put EMA200.
Check Daily, H4, H1. What do you see ?

Simple trading, yet powerful.  blush.gif

hi sifu, just read your post now. Today got sick badly rclxub.gif

If I look at H4 AUDCAD, I can see double top pattern if forming which usually indicates bearish continuation.

But I also found hidden bullish divergence between price action and RSI in H4 chart.

And using daily as a variable for my pivot point, I can see price action was testing M2 level which was tested too before.

I would have sell at first (due to double top pattern), and put a pending hedge( buy stop) scalping (aim small pips) from the possible fakeouts.

also look out for the possible retracement comes much later on H4 by using fibonacci retracement. icon_idea.gif

Kindly correct me if anything wrong. thanks

which broker has a good spreads ? any suggestion ?

I have a few accounts with different broker but the best is http://www.fxprimus.com .. They offer very good spread. Most of them are in range of 1-3 pips. Very2 low compare to FXCM UK and instaforex.

FXCM US is second best but problem is leverage is too small 50:1. You need at least USD30 or so for small lot (1 pip = 0.10). That is not good for someone with low capital.

Instaforex is high spread. Very high and not recommended. But the best thing is they offer more options to trade such as corn, wheat, soybean, etc. If you into these, you can get insta. For forex and gold/silver, the best spread + leverage definitely http:://www.fxprimus.com ..

Spread example.

1st Picture: http://www.fxprimus.com
Very low spread. EU spread is very very low, 1 pip most of the time. Japanese pair is about 3 pips. This is my main account. No nonsense rule especially for scalping.

2nd Picture: http://www.fxcm.co.uk
This is 5 decimal account. If you see, 41, it means 4.1 pips. So so in spread but low leverage. I mainly trade gold on this account.

3rd Picture: http://instaforex.com
The only good thing about this broker is they offer wide options of trading but spread is the worst. Japanese pair such as NZD/JPY, AUD/JPY, etc to a whopping 10 pips in spread. That's crazy. I don't trade forex on this account. Mainly for wheat, cocoa, soybean, etc.
