Standby
100% - 88% : 7PM - 4AM
1.3% per hour in standby  shocking.gif

Connected to phone with Ambient Mode OFF
88% - 74% : 4AM - 8.30AM

3.1% per hour  rclxms.gif  superb

I think mine able to last 2 days of normal usage with Ambient Mode OFF, worth my every penny  laugh.gif
*
by Standby do you mean that you are not connecting to the phone?

My battery consumptions are as below:

100%-88% : 10PM - 7.30AM
connected to phone all time, but got limited notifications yesterday night, only some emails and whatsapp notifications.

88%-83% : 7.30AM - 8.45AM
woke up and started using it with some notifications coming in and a few glance over to the watch, sometimes it was lights up when i was driving while turning the wheels.

Ambient Mode was set to off since the last full charge, still gonna see how well it goes today as yesterday was not fully on Off Mode. tongue.gif

Like all genuine leather, better dont let it wet if you want to properly take care of it.

Not really recommended I'd say.

Selling thread by TS: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3345638/+0

Btw, Horween leather don't recommend to kena water haha.

Btw2: To those who are using Pebble Steel Band, any issues with cracking or potential cracking so far?

I saw some on XDA change to this metal band (refer to link):  http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...89&postcount=92

Basically they install in such a way to fit in the first link perfectly slotted inside the watch and it doesn't move at all due to the squarish shape, thus putting zero stress on the backplate, but quite expensive on Amazon... USD73. sad.gif

Thanks all for the reply, same as what i thought though, but Josh Vegara from Android Authority washed it in his review, this makes me think "How come he can do that sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif "

Oh yea, others also having this same issue. It seems some say just force close the Facer app and restart can dy.
*
Yea i tried that already, but on the next update cycle this occured again, and i don't know if it's me or anyone else having this too, as it seems like this watchfaces uses more battery than the other, maybe because of the weather updates? just my 2 cents.

Haha, well you can already remove the Weather Icon layer on Facer, but won't look as nice already la...still good-looking though. smile.gif

True though, now only chance is to wait for Motorola to release the update for Moto360, heard that AndroidWear 2.0 is coming out today, well if US time then might be tomorrow we'll be getting it already rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

another thing though, anyone thinking of changing into sport band? was kinda pointless if this was equipped with those fitness feature but can't actually use it during exercising due to the leather band (smelly after sweating) doh.gif sweat.gif

I was thinking whether I should back or not, because estimated time of delivery is 1st quarter 2015, and with the SteelConnect adaptor, the watch will look too big on my wrist, will have "gaps" at the top and bottom around my wrist... >.<

But maybe I will park at Early Bird slot first then see how. smile.gif They use Pounds though, and its about 9 Pounds for early bird excluding postage. Based on my experience with them, their postage is 3 pounds, so total estimated about 12 Pounds, which is about RM60...
*
that would definitely worth it if we are able to back for the early bird slot, but where do you get the info of the estimated delivery time?

IMO for the gap it will still be ok as what shows in their photos with the prototype

I saw someone asked on their FB Page, and they replied. I backed their Pebble SteelConnect project, they do deliver what they promised.

The funny thing is, their manufacturer for their Pebble SteelConnect is in Malaysia LOL...so 1 day can arrive liao once they posted it. tongue.gif
Not sure whether still same manufacturer or not though for the Moto 360.
*
haha, if this time also in Malaysia, gonna PM them to request if it will be able to deliver right to me once they have got it ready. brows.gif

Actually if many of us are interested we can tumpang multiple units in a pledge I think to save shipping, but see how ba. I am still not sure whether I want to use the adaptor or not, to me it somehow take away the novelty of the device lol.
*
i'm ok with that, let me know if you want to do so, so shall we discuss this later at 12.00am? nod.gif

Ok sure. I will definitely parking there a slot first since I have 30 days to consider, haha. But can anytime modify the pledge, but need to check some project creator don't allow pledging multiple units.

It's how Kickstarter works, the project creator have 30 days to gather the funds they need for the project. During the funding period, backers can still choose to back out or add more to their pledge, depending on the pledging tiers. Once the funding period is over, and the funding goal is achieved, only the money will be deducted from the credit cards of the backers, then only production can start, that is why I mentioned delivery might only start next year 1st quarter.
*
ah, thanks for the information, have only backed one project before which was some time ago, totally forgot how it works dy. notworthy.gif
