I think due to the nature of Google Now, it is hard to see that happening anytime in the near future. Android Wear depends too much on Google Now, and the integration of other apps. Apple being so controlling about the apps on the appstore, it will take too long to implement it imo.

Btw, my full day Battery Life report as below:

15 hours: 10:30am to 1:30am = 13% Ambient Off. Many notifications, emails, playing around with watchfaces, some Google Searches, but mostly use Motorola Stock Face.

I think you mean 10:30pm right?

Another thing to note, sometimes even the time can be not-accurate if NOT paired to phone. Basically the watch will communicate with the phone to keep the time accurate.
