I would like to know which company in Malaysia offers the best training in Sales & Marketing?

I am quite shy and would like to join the Sales force. But I needs company that give good training and guidelines. I dun want those that give a few advice and only push for sales target. I need those that will teach negotiation skills, how to handle rejection, and etc.....

Any good recommendation?
