True. I use my American Express Black Card tongue.gif

Yeah right ...  tongue.gif

Hehe so you only use black (and sometimes very very dark grey) cards? smile.gif

QUOTE(Hades76 @ Jul 17 2014, 02:02 PM)
Totally agree with you. Too many so I am focusing on the original Episodes 4,5 and 6. Nothing like the classics....timeless.... Yeeaaahhh
*
Ya, I'm still able to withstand the episode 1-3 sets but the episodes 4-6 are really calling out to me... Guess it's cause I watched those episodes numerous times during the good ol' days 😅

Hi guys smile.gif

Im going KL on coming weekend. Any shops having lego sales?

Location is fine as long as around kl/seremban.

Thanks
*
So far all the TRU outlets have sales. I get the impression that there's quite a good sale in KLiA2 but seeing that a lot of people already went there, not sure if there's many good stock left by the time you arrive this weekend smile.gif

Bricking this for today. Have to take turn with my son to build it as he won't let me do alone.

Where's the best place to buy parts for LEGO ?
How soon will it arrive ?

I'm looking for RED brick 2x6 (not sure how you guys call it)
*
You can try the Lego shop in the Curve as they do sell some loose parts. I'm not sure if they have what you are looking for though...

Besides that, the shop charges base on the size of the cup, so if you are only looking for a few pieces, maybe you can try eBay.com.my as I saw that there were a few sellers selling loose pieces there. smile.gif

So far I have not bought any loose pieces so there might be other places that the Sifus got their loose parts from smile.gif

Okay, looks like the tumbler is taking centre stage. For those who are looking for R2D2 10225, Target Australia is having a sale on this particular item.

http://www.target.com.au/p/lego-reg-star-w...-1-225/51708979

Currenlty going for AUD 199.00. They only deliver to an AU address, but its free.

So for those who have friends or anyone, you can seize this opportunity.

Current exchange rate will be around MYR600.00. Oh and the website accepts MY credit cards..... smile.gif

Maybe its not cheap for all you tai ko's but I am not tai ko's so this is good enough for me. Cheers... smile.gif

Thanks for the info... This is really a good price!

Hi all, my first post to say hi to all the Lego enthusiasts out there.

Just recently got out of my dark ages, mostly because of the lovely modular buildings. Have been working on getting my hands on all the modulars but still missing the first 3. Agree with the previous comments - been quite a challenge to catch up coz they’re really hard to find.

Any advice for ways to populate my modular street? Currently thinking of picking the Lego movie vehicles – already have the ice cream machine but the garbage truck and plumber van look interesting. Somehow, they seem more appealing and realistic vs all the very emergency-themed city vehicles.
*
Hi! Welcome!! I'm planning to use the Lego movie sets (ice cream truck, garbage truck etc) as well to populate my street... Was contemplating a train set as well as I really really like the new train set. Oh and batman and a few friends will be patrolling it to keep the peace smile.gif

Wayne Manor,  I mean Town Hall construction commences today.

Tried to keep the box mint but crushed under too many MISB boxes. Right edges abit crushed and creased now sad.gif

Just completed the Tie Fighter...

An enjoyable build but can be repetitive... Good thing was doing with my daughter so we did one wing each and completed it quite fast

Looks quite big when compared with the non-ucs millennium falcon
