For Honda City GM6, in the compatible chart of NGK it only show NGK Laser iridium Spark Plug (DIFR6D13) and I belief this also the spark plug install in your engine when you get the car, although BKR6EIX-11 size is close to it but the gap size is different, so I will advise to use as what Honda & NGK recommend.
