Unfortunately to inform that your Honda City Vtec 2007 only can use 1 type of spark plugs which is Laser Iridium spark plug(IZFR6K-13), but it was a highest grade spark plug among platinum & normal iridium spark plug, and it can last for 80,000KM - 100,000KM.

Yes bro, for myvi 2005 and 2006 model was using different engine, that's why the spark plug will be different. For Myvi model >2007 was using same engine as Toyota Avanza, so their spark plug will be same.

You may use 2 type of spark plug for your car, G-Power Platinum Plug(DCPR7EGP) and Iridium IX Plug(DCPR7EIX).

This type of spark plug can last for 50,000KM.
