Currently there is NO WAY to downgrade from EMUI3.0 to EMUI2.3 for H60-L04
My advise stay with 2.3 until stable rom release

H60-L02 & L12 support 4G: FDD-LTE: B1(2100MHz)/B3(1800MHz)
H60-L04 support 4G: FDD-LTE: B3(1800MHz)/B7(2600MHz)

You (H06 L02 & L12 ) CANNOT UNLOCK 2600MHz band & there is NO WAY to do that
By default 1800 & 2100 band is LOCK when this device was launching BUT when the emui 2.3 b118 rom release ..both band is UNLOCK including emui 3.0 b307 rom

Altel,Digi,U Mobile already make an official annoucement & advertising for public that they ONLY use 2600MHz band for 4G Lte
Actually they use 1800MHz ...more coverage (2G "tower" can use back..safe cost some more) whistling.gif
dont trust any advertising or promotion from telco marketing dept laugh.gif
also dont forget about "mobile virtual network operator (MVNO)" telco agreement laugh.gif
Now you know why my altel can receive 4G signal

So now i dont have any issue regarding 4G on my H06 L02
wherever celcom 4g user got the signal...i also received it thumbup.gif
