So how much does it cost to set up a high speed T1 or E1 connection? What's the difference between E1 and T1?

Let say I have a neighbourhood. I get a dedicated line T1 or E1 and share it between the whole neighbourhood. How much would such dedicated line cost? Can someone quote?

So I noticed that you stated E1 for 1.5Mbps. That's just slightly faster than Streamyx 1.0Mbps package in numbers. What is the main difference? Is it because it is dedicated line therefore the speed is totally faster than Streamyx.

Sorry, I just can't see why MMC uses E1/T1 if it is just slightly faster than Streamyx 1Mbps package. Please enlighten me. Thanks!
