Yeah..for the package offer to D1 now..its really tempting..Cant really understand why the price from 300k, can reach until 500k+ in 1 year time.. 

I was reading the whole 118 pages which I spent more than 5 hours to read this thread.. 

I just need to pay RM8888+loan stamp duty then I can get an unit in D1..but now think back..is it worth to get the condo with such price? Still cant make my move although my heart ask me go for it.. 

Anyone here actually bought D1? What is your opinion? What is the reason or good selling point you decide to go for it?
