yup, savanna Service apt is under residential title, i d check with developer office bf.... But the sales is much slower than expected.... A bit worry lah... What will be the consequnces under such circumstances ? In terms of buyer perspective ? GOOD OR BAD? Hope all the sifus can tunjuk ajak and share abit..

Bro, last saturday i went to sales gallery. SA told me the utilities under residential.

I've asked the lawyer and they said shop lot under commercial and apartment on top consider residential at Savanna... May I know where you get the confirmation from?
