I must say Savanna is reasonably price given it is a full fledged township.

And plus built by Mah Sing. That is also good point. Like others here, I have full confidence in the project and also in Bangi. Say ready by 2017/2018, a prudent estimate is 56.25% increase in price. Rental will built up over time. And given the structure of full township, upon mature I agree with most buyers. Sorry bbw for your views.
