yup agree, not racist, it is a fact for bumi market there and the earning there not so high not to say none... folks in bangi are like small town now become high rise market, boleh gila mendengarnya,

so far as i know bangi avenue selling subsales now 500k below can get 20 x70 .. new unit.. haizzz, pelabur, mana tengok semua ni, janji untung tak logic pun tak pe

sell so long also cannot finish... 400k to 500k tags, in KL snapped like cakes, but if Mah Sing 10% DP no discounts no rebates, 10% also cant sell the next year

all developers also say their township very good one.. why not ask 10% DP? since it is so good? asking for investment.. family? 3500 units in total leh.. suitable for family?

those facilities everywhere also got.. there are 3500 units.. look at KL 4600 units, all dead developers still holding units like OUG parklane.

Just because you have bought 1, if there are no problem, why cant sell off after so long? other projects is one day finihs, or 2 days.. location and neighbourhood izzit?

the pushing factor is the investment.. since at the end it is for subsales consuption, which asking for 10% dp, legal fees and etc, isn't better to do at the developers sales level, real owners will get their house.. if investment, later price will go so high, those genuinely bought for ownstay , will not suffer negro, low occupancy, non maintainence paid and etc..
