just called the laywer yesterday. SNP is ready but need to sign the loan agreement. wanna ask is there any penalty due to late signing of the loan agreement as lawyer didn't call me go to sign until i called them yesterday... Xy@#~

quick check with you guys. i have bought a unit as well and already servicing the interest since early of this year; about RM140 per month. my loan is a semi flexi, can i just transfer some money into this loan account to pay the pricinple and reduce the interest or this doesn;t work until got the CF?
