I saw B2 and C2 sales chart in sales gallery. B2 sales looks ok and C2 plenty available unit. How about C1, D1 & D2? This is really challenge for mahsing sales team to push savanna. Anyway mahsing got 4 years to build. Sell slowly lo...

500k above for 950 sqft at bangi is very very difficult for this moment, Mahsing is very greedy, or their budget is burst so sell this ridiculous price to recover.
Place like Jalan pipit, twinz and okaho is selling similar price. How to compete???
