Savanna is a new township so it will be hard to get good rental. It will appreciate though after the township is completed. Whereas parklane can be rented out now and its rate can increase in the future albeit slowly. My 2 cent

the parklane one...I have saw it on yesterday...almost done the building...but it looks like low cost building...of course if you wanna instant rent den u may choose it...otherwise....savanna definitely is a good choice...

i think the general facade of Savanna is better than Parklane la.. more suited for ownstay as the supply post VP will be too great for the area n then will have to lower the rental like Parklane OUG

Mahsing should build more Savanna's.. in different locations to provide first time owners from lower-middle income families to buy homes.. They memang wanna focus more on mass market props la..

Btw, they should have never built the shops below savanna...too many shops for the units... n i dun think other pipu from other townships will go all the way there..

Should have just built the shops below 2 blocks of apartments in the centre, than the demand will be there!

Actually, bangi n shah alam started of the same. Both are planned cities which ia devided into commercial, industrial n residential area n use seksyen to devide the area. Both started of with 1 complex (pkns), 1 big mosque, 1 ipta. Both have relatively same distance to kl. Both have ktm komuter. Both opened at almost the same time. Both started off with majority malays.

But i just dont understand y got big difference between the 2 now. Bangi is like shah alam 20 years ago. But both started off the same. Seriously i dont understand
