I'm a buyer of C2..recently I got letter from developer to disburse the next 10% to them.

Problem now is, my lawyer is so slow, they havent even stamped the Loan Agreement yer. They told me, Letter of Instruction not receive from the bank lar, etc etc..

My S&P was stamped in December.

My question is, will MS impose penalty due to late disbursement? If yes, would I be able to waive the penalty since it's the lawyer's fault, not me.

Received the letter for my 1st progressive payment too. Just realised that the architect for this project is OBS, the same as the one for Parklane OUG. No wonder the design and layout is exactly the same....
