they must show savanna as a good example for other new launch project in the township
as u said savanna is low cost and cheap, mah sing tak cukup makan 1

5.) 4960 units of low-cost and medium cost apartments.

their density much higher than SV
except they use some small part of the land for their themes,
the houses there just ordinary + selling prime price
