Or, what I do, is just click on the first thing on the list of the menu, then just press delete (press and hold) till u'v deleted everything

The methods mentioned above can actually be done but just 2-3 mouse clicksWhat other shortcut are you expecting? Clap your hands and get all the history cleared? And back to the topic, yeah I think CCleaner is a very good proggie. It used to have problem with Firefox+LYN (wherein LYN layout will go weird after I clear the Firefox history).
