I think here no pressure kua.
Quite free and easy.

The only things frown upon is
1) sniping for loot (before leader say so),
2) no luring cc troops rendering failed attacks (unless really hard to lure) or
3) waste attacks hitting too strong enemy or too weak (unless all other bases have been 3 stars)

But I think these are all basic rules for any clan kua.
Now mostly auto mode, know what to do and enjoy the war only lo.

but lately i feel annoying with the leader. u know if girl be a leader.
when we fail attack in war, for sure she will angry to the max
ut when she fail because try to 'test' her army, its like nothing the her

at my clan now, u cannot simply attack what base u want
leader2 will tell u which base u will attack

yeah u can tell them which base u can attack, but if they say no, then no

Anyway, u can drop by and see if things are better here.

i cant be better because they stop me attack higher opponent even i can break it

last time i attack the 1st rank, get 2 star then the leader/top attacker 'merajuk' wont attack that war, but we win
