i suggest u can get prime lenses 1st, like SEL30M35 or SEL50F18, which suitable for portrait photography.
of coz, depends on ur preference

impossible, d3100 is a dinosaur already compared to the technology packed a6000.

if planning to use UWA or fisheye converter, u can go for SEL16F28. otherwise u just continue use the kit lens SELP1650, since both lens wide end is same 16mm (24mm equivalent with full frame camera's field of view)

no need go into so detail la, compare the age already know. impossible to use a same sensor for so long on different cameras right (other than silly canon )
Don't prioritize sharpness when you are just a beginner looking to get a good camera.

the 1650 might not be as sharp as the 16 since it's meant to be a cheap and convenient kit lens instead of a professional high quality lens. but you get a good wide angle (24mm on FF equivalent) and telephoto (75mm on FF equivalent) instead of getting stucked on 24mm with the 16.

sharper image is useless if you don't get the zoom/ reach you wanted, cropping a image will always degrade it compared to physical zoom.

SEL16F28 is fixed focal wide angle lens, meanwhile SELP1650 is standard zoom lens. if u never plan to get converter u should stick on the kit lens, and actually SELP1650 overall IQ is better than SEL16F28

SEL16F28 is wider than SEL20F28, but if terms of IQ, for my test, i feel SEL20F28 sharpness is slightly better. otherwise both lens perform quite similar

*just take note of i never own SEL20F28 before and i just having a short test which my friend own it. maybe other user can share with even more detail

seriously, SELP1650 is very good enough for general use, compare with SEL16F28. i would recommend u to get SEL55210

Just to widen your choices

- Fujifilm X-E1 with 18-55mm = RM 2390
- Sony NEX-5T with 16-50mm = RM 1750
- Sony A6000 with 16-50mm = RM 2490

exactly, the evf is really great. Though yes, the downside is the battery finishes faster. That's why need to prepare about 2-3 extra if traveling.
Still I'd pick mirrorless anytime over dslr now.
