Process of claiming aircond compressor:
22 June: Loud knocking sound at engine bay while driving. 23 June: Sent in SC diagnose, aircond compressor failure, order the part, at the same time email CLIC to report my claim. 24 June: CLIC called, acknowledged my claim. 03 July: SC called, inform part arrived, scheduled 07 July for fixing. 07 July Sent my car in at 8:30am, SC called at 1230pm to inform my car is ready for collection.
