Anyone knows how to open the cover around the gearbox.?

This what happend. I bought an obd2 and wanted to fix. It is under the coin tray below.the audio deck. Need to remove the tray. I did that and while fixing the obd fell into the hole! I didnt see the hole near obd socket

2 days ago my car was having continous strong pullback during gear change 2 3 and 4. Only smooth when driving.in 5. It as though cannot move and then it pull forward jerkingly. At that time the fuel.was low.but.no warning yet. After full.tank there is no prob. I think HP fuel pump gone again. It was changed around May.
