I don't use any chemical if DIY clean. Only general detergent. It is good enough.

If you want to use chemical, can get it from ACE or aircon parts supply shop. Makseure you read the label about safety.

Pressure spray have 2 type. If you using the pressure motor pump, yes, it would damage the fin. Unless you know how to use.

Another type is hand pump. This wan is safe. I use this spray to clean the fin.

yes  bro.    can cut cost  easily and keep your AC  tip top clean .

Didnt expect you to replied.

Read his previous posting saying diy is time consuming.

Ok never mind about the above.

Generally water pressure from direct piping should be able to do the job, unless there is coil leakage. Is only dust.

one of the best , but  price keep go up.
very safe .

3-IN-ONE  WD 40  Professional Air-Conditioner Cleaner is a water based cleaning agent which dissolves grease, dirt, fungi, mold & other build-up from the cooling coils of your air-conditioners. After cleaning, your air-conditioner will cool faster. thus saving electricity.

I have 2 layers of filter .. another layer over the original. Dirt slower built up in the blower and coil but wind affected slightly.

i think should  be safe to use kleenso.
Do a  test first just to be sure .  spray  some on  the  polys  material and see .

what pana  AC  model is  this .
I have a few pana AC but never see polystyrene drain tray .
*
All AC have that, else how to drain the water.

A high pressure water hose from main should clean all dirt. No cleaning solution needed as there is no gas leak.

If your air cond are in the places other than the kitchen, there should not be any grease in the blower.

Is bed room, then i think its mold, i used a tooth brush to brush it off, but still some stain there, guess I'll leave witht that, cont soak overnight mayb help a bit, even the turbine housing also a lot of dark spots dried up. Could it be essential oil? I regularly use a diffuser with essential oil

You can buy those air cond cleaner solution used by technicians from any hardware shop. You need to mix it with water 1:5 and spray on those areas.

I got this, bur for coil, not sure safe on plastic or not, there was once i diluted 1:1 store on 100 plus bottle, it melt adter few hours

The packing is oredi in plastic but of higher quality. 1:1 is too strong and can damaged the coil.

Normally the solution are sprayed on the parts and let it work for about 5 minutes only. Thereafter used a garden hose to clean thoroughly.

Many technicians dont remove the coil from the plastic housing, so it should be good for short wash.

Anyone knows how to open casing of indoor unit for this york model?
I manage to open the filter cover and air flap but cant take out the casing despite taking off all seen screws, tried unbuckling the top clippers but too tight maybe need open from bottom like pana ac, but i grab from bottom cant pull out or lift the cover off. Washed the indoor ac earlier but i think sprayed water to some open area when cleaning the blower, now dripping water on right side below the power board. Need open casing check n wipe clean.

Looking at the pic, I think you need to remove the flap b4 removing the casing....same as pana models.

The right/left side is connected to a motor that moves the flap up down.
