interlace and progressive..
progressive scan has much better quality..
interlace is what u see on non-hd tv.. scanlines..

like Prazole said. but if your tv is smaller than 40", no matter if it's 1080i/1080p/720p, it's all looks the same.

Some say if you play certain Xbox360 games like PGR3 on Dell widescreen lcd monitors (using the VGA cable), the graphics are TOO sharp and resulted in pixellated picture. Is this true? unsure.gif

Man, and I thought playing PS2 on Dell lcds using the available composite or S-video or Component connections would look pixellated, let alone using a high-res VGA Cable on Xbox360? Perhaps my earlier investment on Dell 20" widescreen monitor is a waste then? sad.gif

I don't think there is any real problem. The 360 is supposed to be able to do 1080i, which res is about 1920x1080. So even up to 24" LCD should be no problem.

Definitely your 20" LCD should look awesome. I have a 19" and the graphics look great.

awesome. so u guys recommend me setting the dell 20" widescreen to is max 1680x1280? (Wide)
