Hello guys, can i ask for some advice, im 29 years old with 176cm tall n weight 96kg, i got lots of lemak at my belly n my perut also buncit. I also got athma problem, if i ran using my max speed more than 50meter i almost cant breath and i stop.

I like to change the way i am, i like to go to the gym, loose some fat n build my stamina, but i never been to the gym before, there is AF opening at kota damansara, so i would like to give my self a try, my question are, is there a staff member gonna assist or advice me on any workout exercise? Or i just balun whatever i know or pretend to know how to workout.

Or is there any other best affordable method or gym for newbies like me.

Their opening a new outlet at Bandar kinrara. Now promo rm139 membership and the key is rm190 12month contract.free towel.

Don't quite understand. 139 for all clubs or single and what is the key is 190 12 months

Rm139 monthly fee. Rm190 one time payment for the key fob. It's like an access card. 12month contract. Then after 12month cancel membership no penalty.

Always go over and have a look in the gym you intend to sign on. Have a visual of what if your training plan in there. Look at the bar, plates, dumbells, benches. Look at those machines if you are using. Go at 6-8pm to see the crowd. See if it is too crowded for you or the people there are those la la hai.

Besides anytime fitness, within 2 min drive there is another gym, 7 days fitness, which I personally think is very good. And their price is way cheaper. If I am not mistaken they are running promo for 610 for 1 year or so. I cannot remember for sure. No towel though. Bring your own. If you want towel and juice and newspaper and DVD, gym is not for you.
