Hello guys, can i ask for some advice, im 29 years old with 176cm tall n weight 96kg, i got lots of lemak at my belly n my perut also buncit. I also got athma problem, if i ran using my max speed more than 50meter i almost cant breath and i stop.
I like to change the way i am, i like to go to the gym, loose some fat n build my stamina, but i never been to the gym before, there is AF opening at kota damansara, so i would like to give my self a try, my question are, is there a staff member gonna assist or advice me on any workout exercise? Or i just balun whatever i know or pretend to know how to workout.
Or is there any other best affordable method or gym for newbies like me.
