Yeap thats what all offlane Void does... Same strat applied in TI4.. Only 1 that I can remember is iceiceice playing it offlane and rush scepter for team fight

but still hard to have a good ulti,u might trapped them too inside where ur teammate cant reach or ull kill ur own teammate..every ulti is risky lol...
but if landed nicely,its damn power...cos it goes thru bkb and everything

so void suck as hard carry?

imo,its good,but need too much farm to actually shine.
but if go for scepter type where u gank and war when ulti cd finish,will be a good plus for whole team overall instead of relying on 1 hard carry alone.
by winning war everytime,even support can be as tank as carry xD

last week i worked until late night,reached home around 3-4 am,played with good ping,
plus better player attitude
early night always got kiddo lansi/thrash talkers

But I would still prefer void as hard carry compared to rushing scepter and be an utility hero. Of course it still depends on situation... If you dont have a late game carry then better not go utility...

gg 300 ping to dota 2 servers recently, how am i going to play in the tourney this coming weekend D:

So many ppl complain about high ping issue... Funny that Im still having good ping with no animation loss or whatsoever problem...

So whats the root cause? Some good connection, some bad connection?

Using lan cable, download/upload speeds working fine, its just that i get high ping to the dota 2 singapore servers for some reason, even my tracert to sgp-1/2.valve.net are all timed out

Hmm, didn't experience the ping issue. Often play with 1-2 of my brother together. Hope it doesn't affect me, touch wood.

Anyway, I'm facing some problems in my play style..

I played quite alot of team fight hero or disabler. I prefer to play something like es/ tide where I can have good team fight aoe and stun.

Playing those hero, I usually will try to get arcane boots then rush blink. But 90% of the time, I'm the one buying wards / detection cause my team rarely get them..

And because I'm the ward b**** ( what my brother usually call those who need to spam ward, aka position 5 style ) , I often can't pick up a blink as early as I would like to.
Even after I got blink and a few wards, trying to go into another core item, I would still have to buy wards cause most of the people just doesn't buy ward eventhough they are support.


So should I play support or team fight hero? Cause my positioning still isn't that good and I often die alot when playing support.

i had missing animation once in a blue moon..
my ping is quite ok i think...

and to the above role 5 support...
maybe get a team of regular teammates where u can go to role 4?
role 4 supports from time to time and have more money than role 5..
for es,no choice,either gank or what,but if tide,u can try out ancient ones

you can always ask your team to temporarily sponsor some wards until you get your blink.

If you're the solo support, don't pick farm-dependent supports. If you need a Dagger etc. to initiate, you should be 4th position.

I'm not the solo support, but the thing is my other support doesn't buy ward..

Then no choice lol, have to delay your core items. The best you can do is limit your expenditure to obs/sents/dust only. Skip smokes, and deward only if necessary.

Try to learn initiation heroes like Bara, or Tiny...

but if u mastered on Disable heroes.. might have good chance to win,

coz somehow that i saw some idiots playing shit offlane/late game
didn't have 4 cores items (depends on hero)

well, my role
Carry/solo mid(SF or sniper)
offlane ( mostly bounty or Wraith King )/escape (slarky) most of the time
and support, wards okok nia but item..== bo idea...

Yea, and usually there's 2 outcome.
1st, I delay my core. For example, there's one game where I really need my blink urgently but no choice, less than 1k gold, had to buy wards.ended up losing the game cause I was the only initiator.

2nd, i try to rush my core item. Its either I manage to get it and win the game, or I can never get enough gold to complete them.



I can't really play carry heroes, cause 1, I have not much experience playing carry. last hit so-so, can say below average at times. 2, I don't know when to leave lane to team fight/ counter gank. 3, Sometimes I will just tunnel vision and duno who to aim during teamfight.
