Firstly STI give 1 Dex=1 armor... then axxhole at blizzards suggest to reduce it to 50%.. it become 30% in 2.0.. then now back 1dex=1 armor w/o STI still a good idea but lizard play pusing2 here

Im not surprise if they bring back life steal, with several "changes" ofc

damn lizard add this now, after spent millions of golds, material to rolls socket on gears... I remember need to reroll 30+ to get OS on my helm...

I watched GiG stream yesterday.. this 2 sockets onli possible if the weapon already have socket after id (like TF).. bfr apply this Gift, need to enchant that socket to something else first.. apply gift and need to enchant again that prop to a socket.. but funny thing is Lizard not make this Gift BoA yet.. it is tradeable for now..
