Looks like it..its either this two ways:
1. When mi4 release xiaomi will stop mi3 production so balance mi3 will be sold by third party

2. When mi4 release xiaomi will reduce mi3 price and cobtcontinueibue selling the mi3 at lower pepriceice peprice
