Fedex failed big time! check my shipment status just now and it say "refused by recipient" on 9/7 which mean yesterday but actually i've never met any fedex personnel yesterday. in the mean time why i should refused to accept my own shipment?

Ups called me at around noon, said already in front of my house, but I'm not home for this week (from the website expected delivery on Monday). The online tracking show item still at shah alam, while my house at johor. Really lousy tracking system.
