I can confirmed Xiaomi noise suppression does work, I was at McDonald's just now quite noisy with background music on quite loud. Asked my friend whom I was conversing over the phone how was the sound quality.
He answer clear voice with a hint of background noise and I don't need to raise my voice.
Many people are not particular about this but to me it's very important cause I'm in and out of factories that can be quite noisy.
Maybe if you usually use your phone in quiet environment like office your other party might not note a different.

Anyone having problem with their Mi3 network reception? My phone always have network error. The phone can suddenly have no network connection and I need to reboot it. Same goes with the 3G as well, despite showing H+, I can't access to internet and need to reboot as well.

Not sure if my sim card issue or hardware issue hmm

i have the same problem like yours, after awhile the 3G signal will dropped and i have to switch to Aeroplane mode to get connected back to 3G.
