No can do ! ur best option is to disable the screen lock then the flash light will not be activated by long press home capacitive button since there is no lockscreen.

U can too prolonged the long press timing to 2 second so that it can reduce chances of accidentally activating torchlight thru home button, this way u do not need to disable the screen lock.
