Update: There's an important thing to tell you guys about PA coursework.

All the festivals, budaya like CNY, reunion dinner, cap goh mei , cara pemakaian tradisional are NOT Adat Resam.

I felt like thinking of a theme is such a troublesome task, let alone doing the questionnaires.

Actually, I've decided to simultaneously undertake 2 different titles in one go. My first one is: Satu tinjauan terhadap amalan adat dalam penyambutan pesta Kuih Bulan dalam masyarakat Cina di kawasan X. The title for my second coursework is: Pengunaan teknologi dalam proses pembuatan makanan oleh Jeruk Madu Pak Ali.

But, just this morning my PA teacher told my friends and I that the Hungry Ghost Festival is unequivocally regarded as adat(cultural festival, not religious festival), and therefore it can be considered into the equation. In fact, a friend of mine has already begun working on his objektif and tajuk kajian pertaining to the Hungry Ghost Festival, and even my PA teacher has given him the green light to keep going on in his works!

Truth be told, my PA teacher told me that there are many doubts and confusions that haven't been cleared off even since the day he went to the briefing for our 2015 PA kerja kursus. The guidelines and instructions set for our PA coursework are vague, and most of them aren't specific.

On the contrary, my PA teacher takes Chap Goh Mei into account when it comes to Chinese cultural festivals. And yes, 'CNY', 'Tuan Yuan Fan'(reunion dinner) and 'cara pemakaian tradisional semasa upacara...' do not fall under the ''adat'' category.

I only got a total of 8 and 7 questions for my first and second objectives respectively(for my coursework in pesta Kuih Bulan). Are they sufficient?

Hardworking, aren't we? Just one last thing about your second title, and this goes for everyone doing the science title thingy. When a factory gives you permission to visit their them, it DOES NOT imply that they let you take photos. So please, if you need any photos, tell them upfront.

Well every teachers have different perspective of view about this.....
I had finalised my research topic into these two: (place of research not included)

My teacher hasn't mention about the number of questions needed for questionnaire. But from the samples that I have observed, I think around 10 questions are enough (I am going to crack my head again for thinking questionnaires)

Your answer is correct, the book answer is wrong.

I would advise you to take ln at both sides immediately. Taking log and then converting it to ln is unnecessary. Just start off with ln y = x^3 ln 9 and proceed.

Thanks for your reply and advice. But, it has already become a habit of mine to execute each step in my workings without shortcuts to prevent myself from making any careless mistakes(and it's because I'm really slow in calculating too). They cost me time, but, it's better than making a slight silly errors and ended up ruining my whole effort and time.

Roughly how many pictures do we need in our PA coursework? I'm taking about the photos purely related with adat resam/makanan, excluding the pictures of state, district and taman.

Again your answer is also correct. Try multiplying -1 on both numerator and denominator then you should be able to obtain the answer from the book.

Sometimes it is the little details that causes you to lose marks. Writing too many unnecessary steps loses a lot of time and time is precious during exam. Also, you might make mistakes during these steps where it could be penalised and lose marks for your working onwards and final answer. Keep it simple then you should be able to reduce your chances of making mistakes XD

Err...when is the actual closing date of registeration of stpm semester 3 repeated paper?

Next Monday, and since your school needs time to register Ulangan 3, you are advised to submit your registration as early as possible.

Oh yeah guys, STPM first term result will be out on 16/2, before CNY.
For the Chinese, it is indeed this is the first Ang pau that you will get for the CNY this year!
Ps: print the result slip with a red colored paper, so that it looks like Ang pau (just joking, don't take it seriously)

But I'm already doing a pengenalan about perayaan duanwu (端午节)... My teacher approved various topics such as why dont d Chinese wear black clothing during CNY, Mooncake festival, lou-sang, etc...
