QUOTE(kokifung @ Aug 31 2007, 08:54 PM) erm.. i just wanna ask.. how to draw the right not prefect or 99.9% the correct line to cut the blowhole for the fan?? I dont understand why ppl giv all kinds of merepek ways.i wanna cut hole for my fan.. i just dunno how to draw correctly for it..any guidelines or formula?? for 80mm i just take the fan and draw following the fan outline.. but is not nice wan.. how about 120mm?? Dude, go get ur jangka lukis & put it back 2 gOoD use! How 2 apply? Suppose say u wanna make 80mm blowhole. So the rad 'll b 40mm rite? Set the jangka lukis 1-2mm less; 38-39mm Use wht u learned in school especially Maths & Physics. U'd then already master some part of moddings |

agreed....
just because its not the "right/pro" way doesnt mean its merepek. using whatever method they can think of with whatever materials they have is fine if it works and gets the intended result. actually have to give i think if u see how i shaved off the sides of my KSC75 in my Franken PhilKoss mod oso ud prolly call it merepek. as for maths and physics, i failed maths and i didnt learn physics |

It should be around RM15 per meter but usually it's sold as 45cmX1m ...
It could be used on anything that u could apply on .. phone, keyboard, casing, mouse and etc... just apply ur creativity and get some godly mod out with it .. |

It's self adhesive type ... so need to apply anything ..
Just stick it on the surface u want and get a hot gun or blower to make the glue melt and stick on the surface better .. . |

Yah ... there's nothing else special about it other than a piece of sticker with printed pattern of carbon fiber on it ..
most of time it would be better not to exposed the surface to water and excessive rubbing or scratching the surface ... the printed pattern would gone. remember it's still a piece of sticker only .. like madman said ... |

The sponge ur refers to are known as acoustic foam ...
there's different type of such foam graded according to their capability of canceling noise ... Yes u could get those used in the car interior .. as long as not too thick that blocked ur case ventilation holes or causes difficulty in hardware installation .. |
