It's 9.376GB. It's basically the entire expansion itself, so come next week we only need to download an unlock key (script) to enable the Old Hunters NPC in the game.

Just got a look at all the new weapons... hot damn! Half of them are like variations of the original weapons, but the other half... hot damn!

You can't. Entirely different checksum on the disc, so your save file wouldn't even recognize the DLC in the first place.


Not.. quite. The scaling in NG+ (and every NG after that) is that enemies get stronger and kick your ass harder. But that's about it. They do not scale dynamically nor do they get better AI.

Only on the first boss...

Yeah, technically it's cheaper to just buy the original game second hand + expansion from PSN store.

Why? Most probably because there are people who used exploits to get into the DLC area (Old Hunter's Dream) without actually owning/paying for it.

This is what happens when you send out a gigantic patch on goodwill alone, but get exploited. Sucks for FS, but also sucks for those who paid for the expansion only to know that you can get in there for free.

Agreed, period blood queen still as stupid as ever. The same attack pattern no matter the conditions. One of the easiest bosses in the game indeed which is disappointing since she's one of the last bosses generally for the Plat.

As for weapons, always have been a saw cleaver guy since day 1. It's just so rad.

Just beat Laurence yesterday on NG5+. Man it was exhilarating!

Can now finally complete my full beast build. That rune Laurence drops is just magic.
