NEX F3 Control Wheel Not Responding

Help!
My NEX F3 Control Wheel is not responding when I turn it. However, it still works when I press it in up, down, left, right direction, only spinning the wheel has no response.... Anyone faced this before? Or know anyone that can help to fix? (Warranty just expired...)  |

mmmm since the warranty is expired, and IF you are a good DIY/Handyman yourself, open it up to check the ribbon cable, chances are it came off, just put it back will do fine.
