NEX F3 Control Wheel Not Responding

Help!
My NEX F3 Control Wheel is not responding when I turn it. However, it still works when I press it in up, down, left, right direction, only spinning the wheel has no response.... Anyone faced this before? Or know anyone that can help to fix? (Warranty just expired...)  |

I'm not that great with my hands.
Anyone know a reputable shop that can help me take a look? In Klang Valley. |
